Clinics On Cloud plans to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and accelerate the growth of its connected microclinic ecosystem

With the UAE positioned as its global expansion hub, Clinics On Cloud plans to pursue opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.

Pune-based health-tech start-up Clinics On Cloud has secured $12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments.

With the new funding, the company plans to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and accelerate the growth of its connected microclinic ecosystem.

Clinics On Cloud started with a vision to make preventive healthcare more accessible and is now preparing to take its technology and microclinic infrastructure to global markets.

The company also plans to collaborate with global healthcare innovators to integrate emerging AI and advanced screening technologies into its platform, making these solutions available beyond traditional healthcare settings.

“For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone’s PIN code,” said Abhay Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Clinics On Cloud.

“This investment gives us the opportunity to take that vision global. Healthcare technology is advancing rapidly, but the real opportunity is making these innovations accessible to people, wherever they are. That’s the infrastructure we want to build.”

With the UAE positioned as its global expansion hub, the company plans to pursue opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia. The funding will also support strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies and organisations looking to establish connected microclinics across different markets.
